Our factory processing flow: After the steel plate enters the site, plasma flame cutting is first used, and then a three in one welding and straightening machine is used for full penetration welding of the H-beam. After the H-beam is produced, we manually lay out and assemble it in a 1:1 ratio according to the detailed drawing. The parts are subjected to secondary manual gas shielded welding, and after welding is completed, steel shot blasting, rust removal, and manual polishing are carried out. Then, paint spraying is carried out, and after drying, it is loaded and shipped out of the factory.
